Creative Director

Psychei is seeking a Creative Director with a deep sense of storytelling, design vision, and cultural awareness to lead our creative expression. You will shape how our brand looks, feels, and speaks across courses, visuals, campaigns, and experiences, bringing cohesion and cinematic quality to everything we share with the world.

This role sits at the intersection of art and strategy. From defining the look of our immersive courses to guiding archetypal visual design, you will translate ideas into aesthetics that resonate. You will collaborate with researchers, producers, designers, and growth leads to ensure Psychei’s creative identity reflects both beauty and integrity.

What you’ll be doing

As Creative Director at Psychei, you will lead the development of visual direction, narrative tone, and multimedia assets across the platform. You might be crafting archetypal imagery, guiding course presentation formats, refining the brand identity, or collaborating on campaigns that expand Psychei’s reach. You will also ensure our design systems are consistent, scalable, and emotionally resonant.

Who we’re looking for

You are fluent in the language of visual culture. You can think conceptually and execute practically, moving from high-level storytelling to hands-on design with ease. You bring creative leadership, but also the humility to collaborate closely across disciplines. You understand how to communicate ideas that inspire, clarify, and connect.

• Strong background in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Comfortable guiding projects that combine film, motion graphics, and digital design
• Able to collaborate with researchers, editors, and growth teams to unify brand vision
• Knowledge of archetypal, cultural, or narrative frameworks is a plus
