For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for single-course purchases after payment is processed.

If you have subscribed to a Psychei membership plan (when available), you may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until that date.
We do not issue prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:
• Accidental duplicate payments.
• Verified technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved by support.
