Growth & Partnerships Lead

Psychei is seeking a Growth and Marketing Lead with strategic creativity and digital expertise to expand our reach. You will design campaigns, grow communities, and build the systems that connect Psychei’s vision to the world.

This role sits at the intersection of growth and storytelling. From social campaigns to paid funnels, you will experiment, measure, and refine how Psychei engages learners globally.

What you’ll be doing

As Growth and Marketing Lead at Psychei, you will lead campaigns, manage channels, and develop growth strategies. You might be designing acquisition funnels, optimizing paid ads, experimenting with organic content, or collaborating on brand partnerships. You will also track and interpret data to refine Psychei’s growth approach.

• Strong background in growth marketing, digital strategy, or brand building
• Experience with paid ads, social campaigns, and community growth

• Skilled at messaging, positioning, and storytelling
