Head of Research & Content

Psychei is seeking a Head of Research and Content with intellectual curiosity and editorial clarity to oversee the development of our courses. You will guide the synthesis of scientific insights, psychological frameworks, and cultural perspectives into structured content that is rigorous, engaging, and transformative.

This role sits at the intersection of knowledge and storytelling. From managing research pipelines to shaping course frameworks, you will ensure Psychei’s content remains trustworthy, relevant, and impactful. You will work closely with creative, product, and editorial teams to translate research into learning experiences.

What you’ll be doing

As Head of Research and Content at Psychei, you will lead the design and development of our knowledge base. You might be curating academic studies, developing narrative course arcs, ensuring research accuracy, or collaborating with instructors to refine lessons. You will also oversee the consistency and clarity of Psychei’s intellectual output.

You are fluent in research and communication. You know how to move between deep academic rigor and accessible storytelling. You bring editorial judgment, analytical precision, and the ability to make complex ideas practical.

• Strong background in psychology, neuroscience, or related research fields
• Experience with academic synthesis, writing, and content development
• Skilled at translating technical or scientific material into accessible formats
• Comfortable leading cross-functional content teams
• Knowledge of wellness, education, or human development frameworks is a plus
