Lead Video Editor & Producer

Psychei is seeking a Lead Video Editor and Producer to bring cinematic quality to our courses. You will weave voiceovers, visuals, and sound into compelling learning journeys that feel immersive and alive.

This role sits at the intersection of narrative and craft. From shaping course modules to creating trailers and campaigns, you will ensure Psychei’s video language reflects both beauty and depth.

What you’ll be doing

As Lead Video Editor and Producer at Psychei, you will manage the full post-production process for our courses. You might be cutting sequences, adding visual overlays, sourcing music, or collaborating with designers on motion graphics. You will also develop workflows to keep production efficient and scalable.

Who we’re looking for

You are fluent in the language of video. You understand pacing, rhythm, and emotional resonance. You can work independently and collaboratively, bringing clarity and quality to each project.

• Strong background in video editing and production
• Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
• Knowledge of cinematic storytelling and sound design
• Comfortable integrating stock, AI-generated, and original footage
• Ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple projects
