Product Designer

Psychei is seeking a Product Designer with a focus on human experience, digital aesthetics, and intuitive interfaces. You will shape how learners interact with our platform, ensuring each touchpoint feels fluid, immersive, and true to Psychei’s mission.

This role sits at the intersection of design and usability. From prototyping interfaces to refining user journeys, you will ensure Psychei’s digital environment feels cohesive, elegant, and emotionally intelligent.

What you’ll be doing

As Product Designer at Psychei, you will lead the design of user flows, interfaces, and interaction systems. You might be sketching wireframes, developing high-fidelity prototypes, testing features, or collaborating with engineers to bring designs to life. You will also ensure our design language supports accessibility and inclusivity.

You understand the psychology of design. You can balance form and function, working at the level of both detail and vision. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate closely across teams.

• Strong background in UX and UI design
• Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and user testing
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices
